Manor Farmhouse, East Halton Road, North Killingholme - North Lincolnshire (UA)
L-shaped manor farmhouse on a moated scheduled site. C16 east wing,C17 west wing. Late C19 porch, extensions and alterations. The roof was repaired in 1980. The interior is propped with scaffolding. A feasibility study was undertaken in 2008. The first floor ceiling above the principle ground floor room has partially collapsed. The north range roofs have collapsed, masonry is unstable. Some vegetation clearance has taken place but established shrubs remain within the north range and at high level. The building is not completely weather tight. The owner is liaising with the Conservation Officer
