Cottage. Dated 1701. Local stone cut and squared, random coursed; concrete tiles, Ludlow pattern, replacing thatch, between coped gables; end brick chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Central 2-panel entrance for, window set in, in heavy wood frame with architrave mould planted on; 2-light C20 casements on either side, all under one continuous label mould; above 3 small 3-light casement windows: date panel between windows 2 and 3 reads "J P 1701", 1701 being a presumed date of alteration.
