Farmhouse. C16/Cl7 with some C18 and later alterations. Rubble, slate roofs, coped verges, stone stacks with caps and a brick stack. L-plan. Two storeys and attic, 3 bays, 2 and 4-light moulded stone-mullioned windows with drips. Central keyed door opening in stone surround, panelled door. Stone-mullioned windows on other elevations. Interior with exposed ceiling beams. (VAG report, unpublished SRO, September l983; Illustrated John Buckler, 1829).
