14/223 Ashton House 2. 5. 1968 (formerly listed under Main Road) II

Farmhouse. 'CB 1723' on lintel. Slobbered rubble with slate roof, 2-unit central entry plan with gable stacks. 2 storeys. To the left of the front door is a 3-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window, with a 3-light chamfered window to the right and a one-light blocked chamfered fire window beyond. On the 1st floor there is a 3-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window to the left and a 3-light chamfered mullioned window to the right. Doorway has cyma moulding. Left-hand return wall has a one-light chamfered window. At the rear there is a rebated and chamfered surround on the ground floor, a chamfered surround to the stair window and a 3-light chamfered mullioned window on the 1st floor.
