Public House. 1870s. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 5 bays to Lark Lane, canted corner bay and 4 bays to Pelham Grove. Cornice over ground floor, foliated cornice over 1st floor, top cornice. Ground floor has segmental headed windows with cable mouldings. Small 2nd bay entrance and larger 4th-bay entrance with Composite door case. 1st floor windows have segmental pointed heads with continuous label mould; central canted oriel has diapered frieze over. Attic has gabled dormers with pointed windows and hood mould. Canted bay has entrance with diapered panel over; gable with chimney and inscription: "THE ALBERT". Pelham Grove facade has canted gabled bay and canted 2-storey bay window with hipped roof and finial. 4 gate piers with iron lamp standards, no lamps, joined by dwarf wall on Pelham Grove side.
