II
Former rectory, now house. Dated 1861 on projecting stack right of
door at rear. Designed by Medland and Maberley. Coursed squared
and dressed limestone, stone slate roof. Ashlar stacks.
Rectangular plan. 1½ - 2 storeys. Garden front; gable left lit
by 2-storey stone-mullioned 4-light canted bay with transoms.
Four-light stone-mullioned window with transoms to ground floor
right, 3-light window with transom and gable above. Ground floor
windows with trefoil-headed lights, first floor with 'Tudor'-arched
headed lights. Wing set back right lit by 2 and 3-light stone-
mullioned casements with transoms. Hipped roof to 3-light half
dormer upper right. C20 glazed door lower left with C20 surround.
String between ground and first floor windows. Entrance front, C19
plank door with ornate door handle and key escutcheon. Roof;
stepped coping to gable ends. Lateral and axial stacks with
chamfered corners. Interior not inspected.
