Property in two distinct units, the C17, to left, gabled, central stack at ridge, lobby entry, C19, to right, slightly brought forward from earlier work, but continuously attached at 'party' wall, symmetrical, with entrance opposite stair well projecting as hexagonal full-height bay, including arched sash with glazing bars. Gabled block, two storeys, attics, part cellar, irregular fenestration: at ground floor three sashes with glazing bars, first floor, three sashes with glazing bars and one very small rectangular 2-light casement in stone, over door and tight to eaves; to gables, 2-light double chamfer stone mullioned casement under stopped drips. Later block, two storeys, 5-windowed, large close set sashes with glazing bars, central 6-panel door in Doric portico with flat entablature.
Interior: older block, includes C18 panelled room ground floor, left, with fluted Doric fire surround and triglyph over-mantel, painted pine panelling, dentil cornice; to entrance lobby heavy 4-panelled door on strap hinges; C18 built-in cupboard first floor, left, and heavy stopped chamfered beams.
