HOLBETON FORD No. 75 (Ramsland Cottage)

(Formerly listed as No 75 (Estate No) (Ramsland Cottage) FORD)

GV II Detached cottage, situated on bank above road. Circa late C17. Roughcast stone rubble. Thatched roof with gabled ends and eyebrow eaves. Two storeys. Two/three window range. C20 casements with glazing bars. Glazed door to left of centre. On front wall to right, a large stone chimney stack. Another smaller red brick stack at opposite (north west) gable end.

Interior: stopped chamfered ceiling beams and joists.
