Nos 1, 2 and 3 Abbey Terrace GV II

Includes No 105 High Street. The terrace dated 1863 on 2 stone plaques with a crest on the central gable of the Fellowes family. Shallow E-plan. Two storeys. Gault brick, plain tile roofs with Ketton stone window and door architraves. Brick dentil eaves cornice. Side stacks to wings and 2 symmetrical ridge stacks with tall diagonal and square shafts. Front facade has 3 kneed parapet gables with stone copings and finials. Three plank doors, central door with shouldered architrave, flanking doors have stone bracketed hoods. Six ground floor 3-light, mullioned and tramsomed windows with hung sashes. Range of 9, 1, 2, and 3-light mullioned windows at first floor.

The terrace together with the other buildings bordering Abbey Green form an important architectural and historic group.
