Farmhouse. Probably late C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered, painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. Two storeys, formerly double fronted out with C19 bay added to left. Formerly central entrance has chamfered surround and flat head; four panel door, upper half glazed. Ground floor three-light double chamfered mullioned window to left and right with C20 metal casements; dripmould. Two windows on upper floor are similar, but slightly narrower. Eaves modillions. Three oval ridge stacks on square bases; to right of centre, at right-hand gable end and at former left-hand gable. Left-hand two storey extension has right-hand entrance which abuts former gable end wall of farmhouse. One window per storey to left, that on upper floor is two-light and incorporates re-used chamfered mullion; C20 casements. At rear is C19 continuous outshut which is built into the hillside.
