Reasons for Designation: Seave Green House, a former farmhouse of C18 date, is designated at Grade II for the following principal reasons: * Date: the building dates to the early-mid C18 * Adaptation: traces of a blocked passage door associated with a former downhouse or back kitchen adds additional historic interest * Architecture: the building retains a number of C18 architectural features, including copings, kneelers, cornice banding and lintels with projecting keystones.
