House. Early C16 with wing added in 1969. Timber-framed, rendered, C20 red tiled roof, red brick stacks (restored). Plan L shaped, old range and shorter addition but both look similar. 2 storeys. Front SW elevation: all features C20, windows of 1, 2 and 3 light casements, 2 window range, central door, stack on gable end to SE. To NW, gable end of early C16 range, blank with central stack. Rear NE elevation: similar to front. Old block projects at NW end with ground floor slated lean-to, boarded door and 2x2 paned casement window. To SE, C20 block, 2 ground floor and one first floor windows. SE elevation: gable end of C20 block, central stack, ground floor `stable' door and window. To NE, to rear and set back, C16 block with single ground and first floor windows. NW elevation: C16 block in house style, 1 ground and 2 first floor windows, lean-to at NE end. Ridge stacks at NE and SW ends. INTERIOR: framing of old range exposed with external tension braces, step stopped chamfers, 2 window shutter grooves on each floor. Central truss has studding continuing from tie-beam to collar of side purlin roof. Stack at NE end has some C17 brickwork. Timber lintelled fireplace with doorway to site of bread oven, blocked brick arched fireplace on first floor.
