GV II

Attached house. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, end stacks and a pantile roof, hipped to the right. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. A symmetrical front has a moulded coping to the parapet, a central doorway with fluted consoles to a canopy, rectangular plate-glass overlight and 6-panel door; sashes with margin bars in flush boxes, the right-hand ones slightly apart and separated by a down pipe from a large hopper head to the parapet. INTERIOR not inspected, but noted as having a central, lateral dogleg stair. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron front area railings with urn finials, and steps up to the door.
