2 attached houses. C18, remodelled c1880. Stucco to front; dry Delabole slate roof with crested ridge tiles; cast-iron ogee gutters to projecting eaves carried on wooden console brackets. Double-depth plan; No.16 has 1 room at the front; No.18 has 2 rooms. 2 storeys; overall 4-window range with late C19 four-pane horned sashes and canted bays with moulded cornices to ground floor. No.18 has 3-window front with central doorway with flat pilasters and full Doric entablature; panelled door and overlight. No.16 has pilastered doorway with consoles and moulded cornice linked to window cornice; 4-panel door and squat overlight. INTERIOR not inspected but may be of interest.
