Farmhouse, now shops, offices and flat. c1700, early C19
additions and c1900 shops, c1990 alterations. 2 storey 2
window house with 2-storey right addition blank to front and
3:2 windows on right return. Render with painted ashlar
dressings. Composition tile roof. Ground floor shops have C20
fronts, that at right a canted corner with corner post, and
full-width fascia to 2 bay house. First build has 2 renewed
first-floor windows on sill band, projecting painted
rusticated quoins at each end, and steeply pitched roof,
hipped at right. Second build, blank on first floor at front,
has parapet above eaves level of first build which continues
to first 2 bays of return. First and second shops on right
return flank renewed door to flat above; corniced fascia above
left shop and central door has urn finials to brackets above
door; 3 renewed shops to right. Painted flat stone lintel to
narrow window over door; altered lintel to flanking high wide
windows; third shop renewed front and 2 renewed widows above
with projecting stone sills.
