Farmhouse. Dated 1675, remodelled in mid-to late C19. Timber-framed, ground floor refaced in red brick and first floor rendered; plain-tile roof. Baffle-entry plan of two framed bays. Two storeys and gable-lit attic. Central brick ridge stack consisting of rectangular base with lozenge-shaped date stone inscribed: "S/FE/1675/GS" and weathering, and three star-plan shafts with moulded caps.

Two-window front. Two first-floor C19 two-light windows with straight-sided arched heads and chamfered reveals; two ground-floor three-light C19 wooden casements with transoms; central C19 gabled brick porch with chamfered arch. One-storey C19 brick addition to left and ground-floor C19 canted bay in right-hand return front; C17 stair tower and C19 additions at rear.

Interior: chamfered beams; large open fireplace with chamfered lintel in ground floor room; C17 staircase in stair tower to rear; C17 door to cellar.
