Former house, converted to office and residential use. Late C18. Brick with two stucco facades; hipped slate roof with stucco stacks. Double-depth plan. Georgian style.
Three storeys with basement; two window range to Minster Pool Walk. Top frieze, cornice and blocking course. Entrance to far left has doorcase with bracketed canopy, and small-paned overlight to five-panel door. Basement windows have small-paned casements and dripstones; ground and first floor with Venetian windows with sills and C20 lintels, and sashes with glazing bars, those to left with shallow reveals.
Second floor has 4:12:4 pane horned tripartite sashes. Right return has windows with twelve- and six-pane sashes; left return has varied fenestration with one Venetian window. Rear is canted; varied fenestration and single-storey tile-roofed wing.
