House. Early C19. Timber-framed and plastered, also brick, ashlar lining, slate and composition tiled roof, red brick stacks. T-shaped plan. 2 storeys. N front elevation: principal range E-W with short wing in front to E end of range. Ground floor, single light casement window 2x3 panes. W end has ground floor C19 moulded window frame now with C20 2-light casement 4x3 panes, above, C19 sliding sash window 6x3 panes. Wing has ground floor C20 3-light casement window 6x4 panes and above, 2-light casement 4x3 panes. To W side, lean-to porch with `catslide' roof, simple doorway, door has diamond lattice glazing and margin lights, 3 lower sunk panels. W end elevation: to street, gable end of principal range with ground floor C19 sliding sash window 4x3 panes, to N, set back, side of lean-to porch with 2x3 paned casement window, behind, to N, side windows of wing, ground floor 2x4 paned casement, first floor similar 2x3 panes. E end elevation: gable of principal range, ground floor, 2 casement window, one 2x3 panes, one 2-light 4x3 panes. First floor, one 2-light casement 4x3 panes. Wing to N, C20 door with upper glazed panel. S rear elevation: 3 window range with principal stack at roof apex towards W end. Slender exterior stack on elevation wall towards W. Metal casement windows, ground floor E end, 2-light 2x3 panes, first floor W end two 2-light 4x2 panes. The house appears to have a building break E of the lesser stack and the plan may have originally been L shaped.
