Details
MAIN ROAD 1. 5107 Gidea Park Black's Bridge TQ 58 NW 10/3 II 2. Late C18 bridge in the grounds of the former Gidea Hall, by James Wyatt. Red brick in a mixture of English and header bond. Three ellipitical moulded stone arches with raised moulded stone roundels in each spandrel. Stucco piers to the central arch each with a semi-circular headed niche, Doric entablature and cornice. The bridge has a Portland stone coping with a modern capping. South side altered by road widening.
