Late C18 farmhouse and barn under one roof with circa 1800 cottage attached to west end and L-plan single storey range of byre and outhousing to rear. Sandstone "bricks", of larger size for farmhouse with flush quoins. Stone slate roofs. Two light square mullion windows in squared surrounds; squared jamb doorways. Gable end of barn has saddlestone with kneelers.
