Pair of town houses. Mid C19. Brick; clay pantile roof; stone gable copings; 3 stacks, 3 storeys. No. 50: 2 bays. Doorway to R.H.S. : simple timber pilaster-and- entablature surround with rectangular fanlight and early C20 single-panelled door. Mid C20 bow window to ground floor; mid C20 casement windows to first (enlarged openings) and 2nd floors.
No. 52: 2 bays. Doorway to R.H.S.: simple moulded timber architrave, segmental pediment on consoles, rectangular fanlight with geometric glazing bars, and early C20 single-panelled door. late C19 canted bay window,with sashes and glazing bars, to ground floor; sashes with glazing bars to 1st and 2nd floors.
Painted stone sills. 4-panelled passage door to L.H.S. of No. 52. Round-headed sash staircase window with glazing bars, to rear elevation of each house. Earlier (C17 or C18) stonework to rear elevation of ground and first floors. Rear extensions and outbuildings are not of interest
