TQ 2878 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER EATON TERRACE, SW1 102/37 (west side) Nos 60 to 74 GV II Row of houses. Early C19. Brick. Roofs not visible except to Nos 72 to 74 which have slate mansards. 3 storeys and basement (Nos 60 to 64 of 4 storeys). Each house 2 windows wide. Square headed entrances, panelled doors. Channelling to ground floor. Square headed windows, gauged heads; first floor windows set in round headed blind reveals, and with cast iron anthemion pattern balconettes. Sashes, glazing bars. Parapet. Cast iron area railings.
