Three cottages. No. 12 and east part of No. 10 late C18; No. 14 mid-C19;
west part No. 10 late C19. Rubble with roughly-tooled quoins and dressings
to older section and tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings to C19 parts.
Pantile roof to older section; Welsh slates to C19 parts.

South elevation 1 storey and 1 storey + attic, 4 bays. Left part is No. 10;
right bay shows boarded door and paired 12-pane sashes to right; projecting
gabled left end bay shows paired 12-pane sashes; similar windows on left
return. Right-of-centre bay is No. 12 with half-glazed door in old chamfered
surround with paired renewed 12-pane sashes to left and paired 8-pane casements
in former chamfered doorway to right. Taller right end bay is No. 14; blocked
doorway with paired renewed 12-pane sashes to left and small window to right;
12-pane Yorkshire sash above in gabled dormer, with projecting sill on
moulded brackets. Coped gables, those in older central part with stepped-and-
banded end stacks. Inserted double doors on right return.

In use as farm outbuildings at time of survey.
