GV II
Warehouse, now converted to flats. 1883, C20 alterations. Stock brick with red brick dressings, red brick dentilled cornice to new parapet with new attic storey behind. Originally extended further to south. 3 storeys and attic, 6 bays. Hatch rank in 3rd bay from left above ground floor surmounted by bracketed hood set against small gable. Altered ground floor retains upper part of blind arcade to right; 3 gauged red brick round arches with oculus in right one, 3 openings below. Doorway with segmental brick hood beneath hatch rank; 2 round-headed openings to left. 1st and 2nd floor narrow windows with gauged, red brick segmental heads. Similar, partly rebuilt dockside elevation and rebuilt return to right. Backs onto St Saviour's Dock and completes a good sequence of warehouses between St Saviour's Dock and Shad Thames (qqv). INTERIOR: not inspected.
