All Saints, Chapel Fields Lane

All Saints, Chapel Fields Lane, Hindley, Greater Manchester WN2 3QS View on map

Built in 1641 with present building dating from 1766. The church is Georgian in style with balconies to three walls. The east window was cleaned and re-framed in 2009 and the roof was replaced in slate in 2013.


Opening Arrangements

Saturday: 9.30am - 11.30am. Wednesdays: 9am - 12pm together with a day on Heritage weekend and open days in July (details on church website)


At the corner of George Street and Chapel Fields Lane. George Street is off the A511 Atherton Road. Rail: Hindley Station 0.8 miles.
