Grade I church. 12th century base of tower and north west angle of the nave. North Chapel is late 13th century. 5-sided oak Pulpit has enriched 17th century panels assembled with 19th century posts, base and cornice.
Friday and Saturday, 10am - 4pm (or dusk, whichever is earlier).
M6, J36 (from the north); J35 (from the south). A6070 to Burton in Kendal. Church is situated at the north end of the village. Rail: Carnforth (4 miles); Oxenholme (9 miles). Bus: route 555 (Keswick to Lancaster).
