Parish church dating to 13th century. The plan of the church comprises of a west tower; nave; south porch and narrow offset chancel. The latter dating to 1912. The Lyng Pall, about 600 years old, hangs in the chancel. The tower holds 5 large ringing bells.

14 miles north-west of Norwich. Follow A1067 from Norwich city centre. After approximately 13 miles you will see a sign to turn right for Lyng. Church will be in the village center on the right. Rail: Norwich Thorpe 12 miles.
