Church of St Oswald, Main Street, Dunham-on-Trent - Bassetlaw

Former church, C15 in origin, but with the exception of the tower all rebuilt in 1862 by TC Hine. There are serious concerns about the tracery work to the very large belfry openings, and the structural integrity is severely compromised in several places. There are localised stonework defects elsewhere. The slated roofs, gutters and downpipes are all in very poor condition. Water ingress is evident in numerous places. Conversion to a two bed dwelling has been approved. Some repairs have been undertaken.
