Church of St John, St John's Road, Huddersfield - Kirklees

Victorian church by William Butterfield with tower and spire. Works to stabilise and repair the east end of the church and to repair the roofs on the north side of the church were carried out with grant-aid under the former National Lottery Heritage Fund and Historic England Repair Grant for Places of Worship scheme. A National Lottery Heritage Fund Grants for Places of Worship Repair grant was accepted in 2018 and repairs to the south side of the church have been completed. A further phase of work to repair the west window is required.
