Church of St Stephen, Lidget Street, Huddersfield - Kirklees
Building of 1829 by John Oates of Halifax in Gothic style. Tower roof, masonry, rainwater goods and drainage in poor condition. Repair works to the tower and south porch were carried out in 2015 with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund's former Grants for Places of Worship scheme. A further phase of repair is required to return the church to good condition. An unsuccessful application to National Lottery Heritage Fund was made in 2017.
