Church of St Peter, Horninghold, Horninghold - Harborough
The earliest fabric of this small church dates to the C12 and C13, with later C15 work. Restored in 1844, 1904 and 1936. Collyweston slates on the chancel and porch roofs are failing and require repair. Investigations are required to determine the extent of plaster failure to the chancel ceiling. The gutters and downpipes are inadequate and not sufficiently discharging water. Drainage works have been undertaken and works to the nave and aisles has been completed through grant support from Historic England's Covid-19 Emergency Heritage at Risk Response Fund.
