Church of St Mary the Virgin, Bickington - Teignbridge
Parish church. C15 Nave, chancel, with early C16 north aisle, west tower restored in 1883-4 when the south wall, south porch, and east and west gables of north aisle were rebuilt. Devonian limestone, with granite detail in the medieval work and Ham stone used in the C19. Slated roofs with lots of tingles. Tall tower with cementitious pointing and vegetation growth. Black and green staining to east end at high level. There is some structural movement at the south east corner.
