Church of St Gabriel, Warwick Square, Pimlico SW1 - Westminster, City of
Church dating from 1851-3 by the architect Thomas Cundy II with his son Thomas Cundy III. The tower has been repaired, grant aided by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Historic England. Work was completed in March 2021 to convert an internal courtyard into a WC, provide step free access to the church, carry out improvements to rainwater goods and below ground drainage, and repair the boundary wall. The church was awarded funds from the Grants for Programmes of Major Works for masonry repairs and internal plaster and decorations, completed in June 2022.
