Church of St Michael, Honiton - East Devon
Former parish church, latterly a chapel of ease, and now closed for worship. Dates mainly from late C15. Interior destroyed by fire and rebuilt 1912. Metal corroding internally in arcaded capital heads. Leaking due to blocked valley gutters. The church was closed and, in early 2019, was handed to the Diocesan Board of Finance which has since arranged for urgent repairs to be undertaken. Historic England is in discussion with the diocese regarding the future of the building.
