Former St Andrews Chapel, Boarley Lane, Boxley Abbey, Boxley - Maidstone

Former late C15 chapel, no longer used for worship, but converted to a house early on in its history. Unoccupied and in need of repair. Location affected by proximity of motorway. Discussions are taking place with a view to selling to the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings as an exemplar in sensitive conservative repair and an opportunity for craft training and working parties.
