Brewery, now warehouses, built in 1864. Whilst partly occupied at ground and 1st floor level, the upper floors of the building has been vacant for many years. A feasibility study has been undertaken which has identified a substantial conservation deficit. A partial collapse has now been repaired. However, no further work has been undertaken as of 2024.
