Islington War Memorial Arch, Manor Gardens N7 - Islington
War memorial designed by Percy Adams, formerly part of the Royal Northern Hospital. The memorial is the archway around which the new building has been constructed. There are drainage and damp problems, causing incremental decay and affecting the legibility of the names of those who are commemorated on the memorial. The Local Authority has been working closely with consultants and stakeholders to better understand the issues with the asset and identify appropriate solutions.
