The collection comprises 115 colour prints (3 1/2”x 5 1/4”) showing Bromsgrove Railway Works at Aston Fields, Worcestershire which closed in 1964. The views include a record of standing derelict buildings and scenes of demolition in progress. Included are interior and exterior views of various manufacturing shops, offices and accessory buildings as well as cleared parts of the site. Most prints are annotated on the reverse with building name. Some also include historical notes. Photography Type : Investigator
