Description

The collection comprises two 'Compo-Jig' jigsaw puzzles depicting Netley Abbey, Hampshire. The jigsaws were probably produced in the 1930s by the Photochrom Company of London and Tunbridge Wells. The boxes are stamped on the base with the name of Buxeys, a bookseller and stationer in Southampton.
