The twelfth-century chancel arch in the Church of All Saints in Marden, Wiltshire, as seen from nave to its west with a view through tha arch into the chancel. The arch has three orders of typically-Norman chevron and roll mouldings.

Description

The Anglican parish Church of All Saints in Marden was begun in the late twelfth century, and was restored in 1885 by C E Ponting. The top section of the tower was rebuilt in the nineteenth century. This photograph may document the restoration works of the late nineteenth century.
