Description
A post mill dating from the early 19th century forms the upper part of this unusual windmill. In 1860 the post mill was placed onto the brick base of a tower mill. It ceased operating in the 1930s and by the time this photograph was taken in 1947, the mill was in a derelict state. It has since been demolished.
