Description

Thorpeness Village was conceived as a leisure resort in the form of a village, the brainchild of Scottish playwright and architect Glencairn Stuart Olgivie, and continued by his family after his death. It's not clear however whether this barn and the related farmyard was in existence before the development of the surrounding vilage.
