Description

The building was originally in use as the North Western Hotel, a railway hotel designed by Alfred Waterhouse in the French Renaissance style and completed between 1886-1871. The main block shown on this north facade has since been demolished and replaced with a multi-storey car park, however the colonnade in the image has been retained.
