Description

Abbey Lawn Cottages were built as a speculative development for the Abbey in the 15th or early 16th century. The terrace originally ran from no. 34 to no. 51 Church Street, though only 34-48 survive. It was restored between 1967 and 1972. The cottages are an important surviving example of a medieval terrace and are Grade I Listed.
