A teagle is a projecting crane used for raising goods into the top of a building. The warning above the belt reads 'FACTORY ACT 1938, NO MATERIAL TO BE RECEIVED OR SENT FROM THIS TEAGLE OPENING UNLESS THE PERSONS ENGAGED ARE WEARING THE SAFETY BELTS PROVIDED'.
