5164 is a Great Western Railway (GWR) Collett 5101 class of steam locomotive, built in 1930 and withdrawn from British Railways service in 1963. After spending a number of years at Woodham Brothers scrapyard in Barry, South Wales, the locomotive was transferred to Bewdley for renovation. 5164 entered service on the Severn Valley Heritage Railway in December 1979.
