The photograph shows item RK17 A00903 Stuiver from 1691, worth 6 stuivers (6 and S on either side of the symbol in the middle). These coins were minted in the Netherlands and used until the Napoleonic Wars. The horse and rider on this side looked different depending on the city they were minted in.
