Description

The goods shed was built in 1864 by the Great Western Railway and acted as an interchange with the London and South Western Railway at Yeovil Junction. It was used as a traffic interchange between 1874 and 1937, and is currently part of the Yeovil Railway Centre.

The station opened in 1860 and is situated on the Salisbury and Yeovil line.
