Description

Whitstable has had two lines and five stations in its past. The current station was opened in 1915 after the former Whitstable Town station on Oxford Road was closed 31st December 1914. It has a single storey with a double-height five bay section in the centre, which is flanked on either side by a single storey wing with pitched roofs.
