Description

The station is situated on the Royston and Hitchin Railway and was opened in 1852. The building has two storeys and eight bays, with bays two to four projecting slightly. The end bay on the right is a gabled wing that projects forward and has four windows on the ground floor and twin round-headed windows. The right return has a chimney stack and single door and window.
